We have found that our members strive to be in the best physical condition possible and they love a challenge! The Fit Extreme specialty classes are fun, intense, results driven and will get you in great shape! Our instructors have received special training to ensure all exercise levels are challenged. You will have a great experience taking any of these classes and you WILL get in GREAT SHAPE!
